Our next Bridge 2 Learning meeting on the 12th of July will be a colourful and informative session, led by Pauline Heron and Jo Birznieks. You’ll learn how to liven up your training sessions or deepen your coaching consultations with the use of questionnaires, assessments and tests.
We’ll be understanding some tests and assessments in detail – what they contain, how they are assessed and what they can provide us with.
We’ll follow this with a knowledge share session in which we’ll be exploring what Bridge 2 Learning members are using and their experiences.
Pauline will be talking about the use of a test that assesses how good communication is central to all relationships, we’ll look at our preferences and personality styles and how we might flex these to have more meaningful and productive relationships.
Jo will be covering the ever popular Myers Briggs psychometric assessment. If you’re already qualified to use MBTI you’ll gain some inside knowledge on how others are using the same tool in order to get some fresh ideas, or you can find out more about its use as a learning tool if you haven’t used it before.
For our knowledge share session please bring along the questionnaires, tests and assessments you use, (for example Learning Styles) so we can all find out a bit more about what’s out there and hopefully add some new tricks to our learning tool bags.
