Webinars, podcasts and music – 3 August 2012

Following our successful launch event in June, we’re delighted to be able to confirm the programme for our next meeting, on 3rd August, at the Old Bridge, Huntingdon

Our speakers for this meeting are:

Karen McNulty, marketing director at Media Matters, a leading PR and Marketing agency based in Peterborough, who will lead a session on Webinars and Podcasting for Trainers. She will be giving us practical advice on setting up webinars and podcasts to enhance your training sessions and help you market your business with impact.  Karen’s session will help you to understand what webinars and podcasts actually are, when to use them and some of the best available tools to create them as well as practical tips and hints on developing and marketing your webinar and podcast material.

Joss Anderson, of J-Cubed Consulting will then invite you to Make Some Noise!  in an interactivG12_Musice workshop session on using music effectively in training. She will explain why music is important for learning and memory, and will give some tips on how to choose and use music for a variety of training situations and what you’ll need in order to make the most of music and stay within the law.

We’ll be kicking off at 09.00 with tea and coffee on arrival and will provide refreshments throughout the morning. We aim to finish at around 12.30, which will leave plenty of time for networking throughout the morning. We will also update you on our plans for forthcoming meetings.

The cost for the meeting is just £19.99, to cover the costs for the event. Booking is being done through Eventbrite, click here to access:
